Registration Forms

Each participating university must have a registered representative and student team. Check out the Playbook for details. Use the below forms to register your representative and student team.

University Representative

The University Representative serves as the university’s main point of contact and is responsible for making sure the student team completes their own registration forms. It is assumed that the University Representative will travel with the team to the event.

Please submit this form only once per university.

Student Team

Once your team has been chosen by your university, please direct them to complete the Student Team Registration Form ASAP. The student team as a whole (regardless of whether they are participating in their team’s Pitch/Presentation Video or Q&A session with the judges) should work together to complete the form. Detailed instructions are provided in the Playbook.
